Paediatric physiotherapy

We help babies, toddlers, and kids with a range of concerns—from flat head shapes and tight neck muscles (torticollis), to birthing injuries (i.e. Erbs Palsy), clubfoot (talipes), and developmental delays like late sitting, crawling, or walking. We also treat gait issues such as intoeing, knock knees, or limping, as well as scoliosis and common sporting or growth-related injuries.

Our Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy services support everyone from everyday movers to elite able-bodied and para-athletes. Whether you’re dealing with neck or back pain, nerve-related issues (radiculopathy), or managing osteoarthritis, our expert physios are here to help.

We offer tailored strength and conditioning, plus 1:1 and small group reformer Pilates to improve mobility, posture, and performance. We also provide comprehensive pre-hab and post-surgical rehab, helping you recover faster and feel stronger—whether you're coming out of hospital or gearing up for your next goal.

Neurological and NDIS physiotherapy

Our Neurological and NDIS physiotherapy services support people of all ages with a wide range of physical and neurological conditions. We’re experienced in working with complex disability needs and tailor every program to suit individual goals and abilities.

Our team provides physiotherapy for conditions such as Cerebral Palsy, Muscular Dystrophy, Multiple Sclerosis, Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Motor Neuron Disease, Spinal Cord Injuries, Spinal Muscular Atrophy, Amputations, Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) and more.

Small Group Classes

Looking to improve strength, mobility, or just move in a way that feels good? We offer a range of small group classes run by physios in a supportive, inclusive environment:

  • Teen Training – build strength, coordination, and confidence

  • Adult Pilates – improve core strength, posture, and flexibility

  • Strength & Conditioning Classes – functional training for all fiitness levels

  • Inclusive Classes – tailored for adults with neurodivergence or disability, offering a sensory-friendly and adaptive environment

All new clients are required to complete a 1:1 physio assessment before joining
